Welcome to Vanwaw Corporate Home Rentals LLC ("the Business"). These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients ("you" or "your") who use our rental services. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation with us.

5. Payment

The Business accepts payment by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Business.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The Business may charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within a certain period before the rental period begins. The Business may also withhold a portion of your rental fee to cover any damages or additional charges.

 

7. Use of Property

You agree to use the property solely for its intended purpose as a residential rental. You will be responsible for any damages to the property caused by you or your guests. You must also comply with any rules and regulations set out in the rental agreement and any applicable laws.

 

8. Liability

The Business will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the property, except to the extent caused by the Business's negligence or breach of the rental agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold the Business harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the property.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the rental agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the property is located.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Business may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our rental services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
